The most important department is financial sector in leasing companies that is responsible for financing because leasing business requires a great amount of fund to purchase properties for leasing.

Administrative affairs are also one of the important affairs in leasing companies. Leasing companies need to conduct extended contracts after one lease period or to deal with leased property based on environment-related laws properly and effectively.

There are approximately 280 headquarters and 1700 branch offices of JLA member companies conducting leasing business in various regions in Japan. Seventeen member companies have 99 offices abroad in 22 countries for international operation.
